Is there a product that definitely RESTORES the hair’s pH balance?

Macme asked:

I read somewhere that herbal tea is an option, but I’d prefer a product I can buy, already made, in a bottle at a store. I don’t wish to mix, etc, or use anything homemade…

Also, I don’t want to restore only my scalp’s natural pH balance, but my hair as well.

Any suggestions?

Diluted apple cider vinegar is said to do that if you use it as a final rinse, i do this.

Thier is a shampoo and conditioner called Roux porosity control which has the ph level on the products.

Finally Keracare have the ph level on most of thier products like the shampoo conditioner and leave in conditioner.
