Nutrition and Spirituallity

Most of those studying this article would accept that a new religious awareness is developing in human culture. We accept that humans are basically religious beings slowly awakening from the mistaken concept that we are material beings living in a material world. We are made up atoms, which are way more confusing than we ever thought composed of supposed elementary particles of minuscule size separated by generally empty space. What most physicists are appreciation of course, is that these particles, instead of being material are really fields ( patterns ) of energy. At our core, we humans aren’t made from matter at all, at least not in the normal sense. We consist of a most interesting and puzzling energy that is capable of shifting and changing seriously.

How else are we able to explain the many documented cases of injuries healing and growths vanishing all of a sudden in our bodies – and not in days or weeks but instantaneously. We are religious beings learning to conceive of ourselves as non secular, and to live in a fashion that increases our energy and raises the level of our vibration toward ever higher ranges. In truth many of us accept that the methodical progress in energy level, generation by generation, is what animates human evolution. Our destiny as a species is to finally achieve a condition of vibration so high as to be pure light, like the mystics and predictions of each religion have indicated. We all know, ultimately, what human life is all about.Interestingly, as this awareness increases, an old issue is again rising to the front. If we are basically religious beings learning to vibrate at a quantity of light itself. How does food and nourishment relate to this process. Are we able to eat anything we’d like and still increase our energy levels? Regardless of the common idea that we are able to somehow transmute bad food into good, I think many of us understand that our diets have to somehow be congruent with the non secular fact of our being and destiny. For a little time now, I have been searching for a higher more developed non secular speculation of food.
