I’ve never measured bread myself, but according to this web site (see link in source), white bread is 10 (basic) and whole weat bread is 4.5 (acidic).
Incidentally, pH is, by definition, between 1 and 14, not 15. It’s a measure of hydronium ion concentration on a logarithmic scale based on the normal H30+ (hydronium ion aka H+) content in water (1×10^-14).
